Masa is the founder and managing partner of Lanakila Capital Partners. All experiences he previously had from owning businesses in Hawaii and Japan, working in Catamaran tour industry for almost a decade, and as a realtor, those pieces have come together as a complete set of the puzzle. It helped him acquire a skill set to accurately analyze problems and come up with right solutions. Especially dealing with the Mother ocean meant dealing with constant variables, and that required proper and fast executions as a team.

Growing up he played soccer in the position that was known as the “Maestro" in some countries, the orchestrator because it is the position on the field who needs clear awareness of the surroundings in order to orchestrate a beautiful game.

Masa in his free time enjoys surfing, camping, sailing, free diving, snowboarding, BBQ, reading books, and cuisines from all around the world.
